Syncing Orders

If for any reason, your orders are not appearing in your Woodropship account then you can sync them again.

To resync your orders:
Go to the “Settings” menu. (View Settings Menu)
Click on the “Actions” menu and select “Sync Orders”.
Your orders will now be synced. To view them, simply go to the “Orders” menu.



If you have made any changes from within the WooCommerce to your already synced orders then you can update the changes using Woodropship.

To update changes to your orders in Woodropship:
Go to the “Orders” menu.
Click on the “Actions” menu and select “Sync”.
Your orders will now be updated.
