First of all find out if the products appear in your WooCommerce store despite the failure message.

If the products appear in your WooCommerce/Wordpress dashboard (completely or incompletely i.e with or without full info) despite the failure message then it is because the max_execution_time on your store is set too low. This is the max time allocated by your server to complete a task. To fix this error, simply ask your hosting provider to increase the max_execution_time to as high as possible or at least above 120. Doing this should fix the issue.

If the products do not appear in your WooCommerce/Wordpress dashboard, try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and try to push the product again.
